INTRODUCING BUMP + BEYOND | LAUNCHING 5TH NOVEMBER

We are SO excited to introduce Bump + Beyond to The Online Studio officially on 5TH NOVEMBER - an awesome wellness series created and designed for new and expectant mammas. At Balance + Glo we wanted to create a series that supported YOU through this new, emotional and very exciting time in your life. The Bump + Beyond series will be hosted on The Online Studio On Demand Library so you’ll get instant access if you're a member or become a member of The Online Studio.

The wellness series we have created will guide you through both pre and postnatal exercises, yoga, meditations, breath work and educational videos from a field of experts including a qualified women’s physiotherapist to help you build confidence, gain strength and enhance positivity throughout pregnancy and beyond. Whether you want to learn more about what your pelvic floor is or connect with your bump or baby through a mindful meditation, stretch out your body during pregnancy or rebuild your strength post birth Bump + Beyond is for all stages & phases of your journey.

The online series is divided into a pre and post natal sections made up of short on demand videos, so you can follow the guides that are right for you whenever you are ready and wherever you are and come back to your favourites at any time! We’ve also ensured that each class is under 25 minutes long to help you fit it into your busy day (we got you mamma!).

Alongside yoga and fitness we have educational videos plus we have included  a Bump + Beyond Blog (on the members only blog) and Facebook Group alongside amazing recipes especially designed for this stage in your life.

Our pre and post natal Yoga is guided by Co founder and new mamma on the block Jenny. Jenny is qualified in pre and post natal yoga,  understanding the modifications required for you to rock your yoga practise throughout pregnancy and the challenges that come with it. As a current post natal mamma herself, Jenny uses her personal experiences to help shape these classes too.

Head of Fitness and Co founder Evelyn supports you in maintaining strength throughout your pregnancy with her awesome classes. Bodyweight and dumbbell workouts to build your strength, and finally, low impact cardio to boost your energy levels and fill you with feel good hormones.

The post natal section is made up of a combination of yoga and fitness sessions. Our experts recommend consulting a health professional who can sign you off for exercise (women health physio gets our vote!) before you begin and taking it all at a pace which works for you. No matter where you are on your postpartum journey we recommended beginning slow and steady. With Evelyn you’ll work on building your mama strength and specific post natal classes safe for you after birth. We are super excited that post natal expert Lulu Adams will also be joining the team near the end of the year with a series to help guide new mammas who want to get back to high impact exercise supporting you with functional movement.

We are also excited to feature other awesome pre an post natal specialists within the programme too. Chloe Dove is a MOT Mummy specialist and trained women physio. Chloe is a mum of 2 beautiful girls and is  passionate about promoting safe exercise during and after pregnancy with the hope this leads to a positive birth and post natal recovery. Chloe has completed training in internal and external pelvic floor assessment, and management of Diastasis Rectus Abdominus and is a qualified Mummy MOT® practitioner.

Our resident Integrated Nutrition Holistic Health Coach and qualified Mama Mojo Coach Lou Murray will also be guiding and supporting you throughout pregnancy and beyond. Specialising in helping your journey using tools ON and OFF the plate - combining nutrition, delicious recipes and mindfulness techniques.

Most importantly, you’ll feel supported by our team!! Plus look out for some brilliant mamma and  baby brands that will be getting involved too.
