It’s time to Rise and Shine this Spring! Morning behaviours can have an impact on your whole day,  so why not cultivate the best habits from the moment you wake up to create your best day ahead! Building healthy morning habits can help us to have more energy, less stress, and feel more fulfilled.

The Balance + Glo team understand that the pressures of the day start the moment you wake up, that’s why we’ve created classes and recipes that work for you, no matter how much time you have, to help you build a little wellness into your morning routine.

From LIVE virtual morning workouts and yoga, to starting your day more mindfully with meditation or boosting your energy with delicious healthy breakfast, we’ve got it covered.

We’ll be supporting you on rising and getting moving first thing!  Movement will focus on energising you for the day ahead and setting you up for well deserved rest and sleep.

LIVE CLASSES

We have revised the Live Online Schedule for March to incorporate more morning sessions. Our Thursday lunchtime class has been moved to Thursday morning (7:45 - 8:15am). Join Olivia for a Power Yoga 30 minute class to start your day.

  • Workshop to Wheel Pose with Olivia. Sunday 13th March 10:00 - 11:30.

    • Explore shoulder mobility, opening the heart space, and finding strength & space in your back-bending postures such as wheel, camel, dancer’s pose & bow pose.

    • This workshop will have lots of opportunity for play, fun variations/modifications and lots of personal attention. Be sure to join live to get the most out of it. (It will of course be uploaded onto the On Demand Library afterwards)

NEW ON DEMAND SERIES

  • You also have access to Emma’s ‘Revive your Morning’ flow series incorporating four 15 minutes classes.

  • A new 10 minute Wake Up Happy Morning workout with Evelyn. Roll out of bed and workout in your pyjamas. Wake up your body and mind ready for the day ahead. Add this to your morning routine to make everyday amazing!

MORNING HABITS & MEDITATION SERIES

Creating morning habits can benefit you by providing a calm start to the day, giving you more energy, improving your focus, and giving you a sense of well-being. This month we will be sharing our ‘Top 10 Morning Habits’, sharing ‘How to Create a Morning Routine if You are ‘Time Poor’, and the science behind getting your morning rituals in place.

Did you know that just 10 mindful minutes a day can improve your sleep, soothe anxious thoughts and ease burnout? This month we will be encouraging you to try incorporating mindful minutes into your day with Jenny’s ‘Mindful Morning Meditation’ series. A series of short meditations designed to support you through your day, perfect for anyone new to meditation these short guides can be used when you wake up and are a great way to start the day on the right foot!
