Stress Less | 7 Days to Calm

7 Day Plan

These classes will help you shake off the stress of the day and release tension in your body. If it’s been a stressful day at work  these classes will help you to let go, reflect, and settle your body and mind for a restful evening and prepare for a new day ahead.

 

CALM. GROUNDED. BREATHE

 

Over the 7 day plan you will:

  • Explore a variety of yoga, breath work and meditation practises to release stress and ease anxiety

  • Restore your mind and body when you feel fatigued

  • Find deep rest and relaxation at the end of your day
